Regular use of this light, oil-free formula will dramatically reduce the visible signs of aging around the eyes -- squint lines, sagging skin and "crow's- feet". Cellex-C Eye Contour Gel contains the optimal concentration of the patented Cellex-C Complex to measurably smooth and firm the skin around the eye area within 8-12 weeks.
How To Use
Once daily 1)Cleanse 2)Tone 3)Once every 24 hours, apply 1 ?2 drops of Cellex-C Eye Contour Gel underneath eyes and to outer eye area. (Avoid upper eyelid and eyebrows.)
4)Apply Cellex-C High Potency Serum.
5)Apply Hydra 5 B-Complex.
6)Apply moisturizer if required. We recommend G.L.A. Eye Balm (Only apply moisturize with daytime application).
Note:
Within two minutes after application, a slight tingling sensation may be felt as the L-ascorbic acid is released into the skin. This tingling sensation varies from person to person. This product will darken with time. This gradual oxidation will not alter or affect the efficacy of this product. Store in a cool, dark place.
Caution:
Avoid eyebrows, as this product may cause hair discoloration, particularly on blonde or grey hair. Contact lens wearers must place lenses in their eyes before using the product.

I have been using this product for at least 10 years with incredible results. It has kept the skin below my eyes very tight and free of bags and lines. I highly recommend using this combined with Cellex-C Hydra5 B-Complex and Cellex-C Advanced-C Serum.
