I have very oily and acne prone skin. Sekkisei Seikisho (not oil-free) line worked incredibly well with me and it is the only product that almost cleared my brother\'s disgusting acne. Being impressed with that line, I decided to invest in this one since it\'s oil-free one. Big mistake and the worst investment I ever made. My skin is so greasy even if I put little of this. It didn\'t improve my skin at all, whether decreasing the outbreaks or fading the scars or controlling the oil. The other line did all that. The packaging is just ridiculous! Why bother with the glass container when it doesn\'t have a pump! It can easily get contaminated. Yeah it looks nice, but I\'m afraid I might accidentally drop it and break. What I do is just put tiny amount on the back of my clean hand and apply it with my fingers so I don\'t contaminate the product. I still have my sekkisei lotion and i\'m going to get the emulsion so i don\'t have to use this. Oily skin people, stay away from this but do purchase Seikkisei, especially the bar soap! |

kose junkisui moisturizer is a white, light textured liquid that easily spreads over the face and quickly absorbs into the skin. this product comes in a beautiful green glass bottle, and has a small pour-type opening. (it would be wise to shake the contents out onto a cotton sqare for each use, as otherwise, you may contaminate the entire contents of the bottle- the design, though aesthetically pleasing, could easily lend itself to contaminiation if shaken directly into your hand). with that said, the product itself is excellent. it does moisturize, but does not leave an oil slick on your face- just soft, smooth results- with no breakouts(!) and a very fresh, clean feeling. this is the perfect moisturizer for those who do not want a heavy feel, or a greasy face a few hours later... this product calms, soothes, and smoothes- and as well as being refreshing and uplifting- it\'s the best of both worlds, really. and as with all the products in the kose junkisui line, it has that wonderful signature junkisui herbal scent. ;0) |
