Q: The (LIGHT) one is this for oily skin or normal skin.

A: All skin type but mostly for combination to oily. If you have dry skin you can still use this lotion but I would suggest you use a cream afterwards or an essence before this Emulsion.

Q: is the same product as the "Whitia" Day White EX with SPF 17
